  The ELLIE Short L mount from 3 Legged Thing is a universal Arca-Swiss compatible L plate with a compact base length of 70 mm, optimised primarily for smaller mirrorless or DSLR cameras where the battery or card compartment is close to the ground. It offers a variable base plate (80-113 mm when extended), two mounting slots for optimum positioning of the camera, threads for accessories (2× ¼″-20) on the vertical plate, a bevelled rear edge for easier use of folding displays and a low weight of approx. 88 g.
