All prices in our web shop are in euros (€) and include the corresponding statutory Austrian VAT. Since most of the items in our web shop are used items, they are subject to differential taxation in accordance with Section 24 of the Austrian VAT Act. For this reason, no VAT is shown on most items.
Business customers with a registered office in the European Union and a valid sales tax identification number have the option of having the goods delivered with VAT shown, tax-free in accordance with Art. 6 UStG. When entering your personal data, you have the option to enter the company name and UID number, which means that the VAT is automatically deducted in the ordering process.
Customers residing outside the European Union receive the delivery tax-free if the VAT is shown. The delivery to the respective third country is decisive. Taxes and customs duties may be incurred when the goods are imported into the recipient country. The prices in the web shop are displayed automatically when you enter the corresponding billing or delivery address.
Transfer the invoice amount in advance to the bank details given in the order process. The goods in stock will be dispatched to you after receipt of payment in our account

The dispatch takes place with the Austrian Post AG, in the case of a delivery abroad subsequently with the respective national partner.
Shipping to Germany from Germany is usually with Hermes, in some cases with trans-o-flex. Within the EU, national transport takes place with the respective member of the EURODIS network.
Bulky goods, such as background rolls or large-format printers, are shipped with the forwarding company Hadolt Transport & Logistik GmbH.

Shipping costs within Austria: the shipping fee for national shipments is at least EUR 7.00. For some items we offer free shipping within Austria. Free shipping: from a value of EUR 100.00 we offer free shipping within Austria.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping costs to Germany: For deliveries to Germany, the shipping fee is at least EUR 9.00.
Free shipping: from a value of EUR 100.00 we offer free shipping to Germany.
Shipping costs for the rest of the EU and Switzerland: For deliveries to the rest of the EU countries and Switzerland, the shipping fee is at least EUR 17.50.
Shipping costs worldwide: EUR 39.00, from EUR 1000.00 we ship via a forwarding agent for EUR 99.00
If there are no special incidents on the part of the shipping service provider, the following delivery times can be expected:
Austria: delivery within Austria is usually 1 to 2 days.
Germany: Parcels to Germany are usually delivered in 2 to 4 days.
European Union: orders within the EU are delivered in approx. 5 to 10 days.
