| The matt diffuser is a frosted glass that changes the basic light characteristics of the reflector in the housing. The greater scattering of the light beam softens the light characteristics; in conjunction with all Hedler reflectors, intermediate levels of light hardness can be created. Furthermore, in conjunction with Hedler metal reflectors, the reflection on shiny surfaces is positively altered. The metal frame provides protection against damage to the glass and facilitates safe installation. The maximum light load of this frosted glass is 2000 watts. It is supplied in a sturdy plastic box.
